1.How do I place an order?
Select your desired product, customize it as needed, and click "Checkout." Enter your shipping details and choose a payment method to complete your purchase.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
3. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
As our products are custom-made, we begin processing shortly after an order is placed. Therefore, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us immediately at service@petfiestas.com to inquire about any changes.
4.Why didn't I receive a confirmation email?
If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, feel free to reach out to us via our Contact Page, and we’ll resend it for you.

5.Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. If you're unsure about delivery to your location, please contact us at service@petfiestas.com.
6.How long will it take to receive my order?
Our processing time is 2–3 business days. Shipping typically takes 5–12 business days, depending on your location. Overall, you can expect your order within 1–3 weeks.
Please note: During holiday seasons (such as Christmas), order volumes are much higher, which may cause delays. We recommend placing your order at least one week earlier to ensure on-time delivery.
7.When will I get the tracking number?
The tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is ready to ship. If you don't see any updates in the tracking for 14 days, please email us at service@petfiestas.com. We will investigate the issue and get back to you promptly.
8.How do I track my order?
You can track your order shipping status here.
Track your order using your email and the full name on the order or the tracking number. Please note that tracking information will appear only after the order has shipped. If the order hasn't shipped yet, the page may be blank. Don't worry, your order will be on its way soon!

9.Do you only offer custom products for cats and dogs?
No, we can create custom products for any animal, including humans! Simply provide the customization details and upload your image, and we’ll take care of the rest.
10.Do I need to remove the background from my image?
No, our design team will handle background removal during the customization process.
11.Is my photo good enough to use?
If You Followed Our Photo Guidelines, Then Yes Your Photo Is Very Likely Good Enough To Use.

• Make Sure The Photo Is Taken In Good Lighting (Outdoor Daylight Is Best)
• Try To Take The Photo At Eye Level With Your Pet
• They Don't Need To Be Looking At The Camera
• Try To Get A Close Up So We Can See Your Pet's Unique Features
• Make Sure The Photo Is Not Blurry And High Resolution ( 1.5 Mb + )
• Make Sure No Features (E.G. Ears!) Are Out Of Frame - We Can't Add Them If They Aren't In The Original Photo
• Ensure That The Fur Color In The Photo Is Not Affected By Bad Lighting. If The Fur In The Photo Is Not Accurate To Real Life, The Fur In The Design Won't Be Either
To Ensure The Quality Of Your Product, Please Submit Original Photos, Don't Use Screenshots - Cropped Out Photos, Etc ( Just Use These In Case You Have No Other Options )
12.What is the production process for custom embroidered apparel?
Upon receiving your photo:

Our designers create a line drawing based on your image.

We adjust colors and add any requested text.

The design is then embroidered onto the apparel using advanced embroidery machines.

13.How do I choose the correct size?
Please refer to our Size Chart for detailed measurements to ensure the best fit.

14.How do I apply a discount code?
In the event that the discount code hasn't already been applied automatically to your order, there should be a "Discount code" box showing up during check-out for you to manually type the code in.

15.Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $69.

16.What is your return policy?
Policy for Returns and Replacement
Because custom orders are individualized, they are not returnable or exchangeable. We can resent you a new order if eligible.
We will begin the order customizing process as soon as you place your purchase. Consequently, we are unable to allow modifications to the personalized information, after the order has been placed.
FREE REPLACEMENT
This applies to packages with no movement for more than 3 weeks or far exceeding our estimated time of arrival. If there is no problem with the shipping address, you will receive a FREE replacement in a timely manner.
Also, we will take full responsibility within 30 days from order arrival, if the product(s)
Have been crashed, damaged or faulty due to the fault of our factory or the carrier;
Significantly different from what you ordered, eg. your customized information is printed incorrectly.

We would like to inform you that we had expanded our operations to serve customers beyond the United States. This expansion has necessitated sourcing products from various suppliers located in different regions. Despite this change, we want to assure you that our commitment to providing high-quality products remains unwavering.
